I often make a mistake, where I don't lave a blank line before and after a page separator ---. That generates MD003, but its error text is still confusing me (even after months of using Markdown Lint):

How about extending the wording to indicate the fact that it may also be a missing blank line, please?
(Related to, but to me not the same as DavidAnson/vscode-markdownlint#89.)
