At places, the rules file mentions markdown instead of Markdown. This is in regular sentences (2 examples below) and not in codeblocks.
If the community thinks that this warrants an update, I can raise a PR.

eg. "skip heading levels in a markdown document" or "Some markdown parsers generate anchors"
