Hi!

I have just installed OpenWRT (24.10.2 r28739-d9340319c6 / LuCI openwrt-24.10 branch 25.168.50434~d6b13f6)
on Croatian-provider A1 ZTE 286R LTE Router.

My SMSes always result in an error.

I think it might be related to SMSC (SMS Center) Configuration which I don't see being configurable in your tool. I think it's different for a different Providers - for A1 Croatia it's +385910401.

Could that be the reason it's not working?

Have you tested SIM card in your phone?
Have you checked if, for example, ModemManager reads SMS messages?
