I appreciate your help if you can support this modem to be add to the list of modemband package . It will be great if this package worked on new 5G/4G modems...

I did same trick that shared by @4IceG to use other source inputs ..... it worked but I don't know if it functionally very well or not

Edit :
LTE and SA is working but NSA is not working maybe I did wrong adjustment on script ....

Note : I only created another of 0e8d7126 and I changed its name to 2cb70104 (FM190W) .....I couldn't see 5G NSA on script of FM350
