Yew strongly advises to key all lists, which can help with more efficient rendering. I don't know if it provides any benefit right now, but it's probably nice to adhere to still. I'd make a pr for it, but i'm a touch busy now and i'll forget if i don't make note (and maybe someone wants to explore this before i get to it)

Note that it's not just the <ul> lists (and actually the two <ul> lists we have have a static 2 elements so wouldn't benefit from that) but more whenever we show a semantic list of elements, e.g. in a table.
