Spotifyd/spotifyd#719 is eagerly waiting for this bug fix. Therefore, this PR suggests creating a 0.1.4 release of librespot which contains only this fix compared to 0.1.3. In this way, the discussions before release 0.2 (#569) can be finished without haste.
