hello quick question, is there only 3 modes for noise control? (transparency, adaptive, and noise cancelling)
there is supposed to be an Off mode but im not quite sure what happened
Model is Airpods Pro

Hi! Please enable the "Off listening mode option". On newer firmware, you first need to allow this mode to be used.
