I am using Librepods on a Pixel 9 Pro. After first boot I can consistently connect to my AirPods Pro 3. However, after the earbuds are disconnected, I am not able to reconnect them---when I select them in the "Connected Devices" setting, they show as connected only for a second before immediately disconnecting, and I hear a disconnecting chime. This persists until I reboot my phone, at which point it works normally again (but only once).

My workaround so far has been to reboot my phone every time I want to connect my AirPods, which has obviously not been ideal. Additional things I have tried that don't work:

  • Trying to connect when the AirPods are in the case, or outside of the case
  • Disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth
  • Resetting the offset hook (and following the subsequent instructions to re-enable the Xposed module and toggle Bluetooth)

I attached logs. I am able to replicate this issue pretty consistently, so let me know if you would like me to do any more experiments.
