There are three different tray icons that show the same information. I believe the one on the left shows the AirPods battery, the one on the right show the case battery plus the airpods and if they are chargin and the one in the middle show no info.

could you please confirm that you don't have multiple instances running? the tray should only be created once

Seem that I was, don't know how I had multiple instances, but I believe it was that.
