Describe the bug
Users including the admin are unable to update their email, or password information though the web interface.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Users' -> 'Your Profile'
Attempt to change any of the listed fields.
Click save

The information is not saved. There is no feedback or errors. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
The information should be updated.

Environment

Koel version 6.12.0
OS: FreeBSD
Browser LibreWolf, Chromium, Mullvad
PHP version 8.1

Additional context
Everything else works including creating new users. It's just updating profile information that is not working.
