I don't know how to create a alexa skill, but for me it would be really great. As I am a programmer too, I can take a look at this.

Example
Like the Spotify/Amazon Music integration.
"Alexa öffne Koel und spiele Songname"
"Alexa öffne Koel und spiele Playlist"

something like this.
