Describe the bug
When the user opens the left side menu in the Web UI on Android they might encounter some strange behavior:
To reproduce
4.1. If having playlists (or probably extra menu options) the list just ends at "Upload". On Brave Browser (having some of it's controls near the bottom of the screen) it ends at "Settings".
4.2. If having no playlists (nor extra menu options) the top of "Users" can be seen and clicked on, however you can't scroll down to it.
Expected behavior
Being able to scroll down to the bottom of the list (the "Users" button) on an admin account.
Screenshots - Both taken when scrolled to the available bottom of the list

Environment
Additional context
Brave was acting just a little different, I think because it's control scheme takes up more vertical space than Firefox's do. This probably means that the way the bug is seen is dependent on the screen ratio, which is for my phone 9:19.

PR welcome.
