Description
I like spectrogram analyzers (I Currently use Foobar2000, which has support), but Koel does not support it as a visualizer.
Example
It would work the same as the Visualizer right now, but there is an additional option in user settings to change the visualizer to spectogram.
Example how foobar shows a spectrum analyzer. It should be noted that it does not reset when the track changes.

PR welcome.
