Describe the bug
As titled. I can't login to the web UI anymore, after trying to create a smart playlist. I even restarted the container, but it didn't help.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go add a smart playlist
In the rule section, I used "Album" "contains" [keyword].
Freeze (keep loading...)
Refresh the browser, it will bring you back to the koel login page. However, you are no longer to be able to login this time.

Expected behavior
A smart playlist is created successfully. Even if it fails it should not cause an irrecoverable crash.

Environment

Koel version v5.1.14 (Official docker image)
OS: Fedora 36 / Android 12 (Test with both)
Browser: Firefox 102.0 / Chrome 103.0.5060.114 (Tested with both)

Not sure what happened. Can you delete the playlist from the database and try again?
