wav should just work with the audio tag.

@reinaldorauch Main reason is, I'd like the format support to be browser/native. Having to install some decoding libraries defeat one of our purpose of Koel – to be simple to install and use.

Also, reason to close this is because it's acknowledged, and the same issue has been raised elsewhere.
