Hi,
Need advice if the following is possible.

Create a public playlist that anyone can listen.
At defined time another playlist will play. For example, at 12pm, angelus will play for 5mins.
Go back to normal playlist.
At 3pm, rosary playlist plays.
Go back to normal playlist

You get the idea.

The normal playlist is random songs and are played randomly.

It's a simple radio like streaming. No live stuff. Just pre-recorded stuff.

Is this possible with Koel?

No, it's not possible out of the box with Koel. You're welcome to fork and modify it per your needs.
