Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Just speculating here, but it could be that your JWT has expired? I would try running this in another browser as well and seeing if this still happens.
I found this link as well that talks about this issue happening in Chrome, don't know how related it is though.

I remember having this issue previously be believe it has been fixed in newer versions of Koel. If not feel free to re-open or create a new issue.
