Proposal update for next versions:

On album with multi-disc the list of tracks mix track of each disc.
=> split track list for each disc.

ex:

\# Title Artist
1 Track1 None
2 Track2 None
3 Track3 None
4 Track4 None
-------------- <- the best is separator with disc number or identifier like "Disk 2/2"
1 Track1 None
2 Track2 None
