It would be nice to be able to import m3u files to playlists. I have a collection that I set koel to start streaming, but all of the playlists I had made before are gone and I am having to ra-make them.
I think it would be easiest to implement this by checking for m3u files on sync and adding them to the playlist section and by adding the ability to drag and drop m3u files to playlists like with songs.

Sorry, I don't have any plan to support this.
