Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

This happened on Ubuntu 15.10 amd64 with koel v2.2.0, Node v5.11.0, NPM v3.8.6 and PHP v5.6.11

having the same issue in v2.2.0, app.css is not being created with elixir from app.scss due to some _plyr.scss error, upgrade to v2.2.1 and you should be good.
