I can only drag and drop songs that are currently playing into playlists in the sidebar. If the song is not playing the gui still shows the drag and drop stuff and the playlist element becomes bigger, but the song is not added to the playlist.

This can sometimes happen if you're dragging just one song before selecting it. Fixed in 2.0 branch.
