I'm expecting either the é or the / has to do with this and needs to be escaped or sanitized.

Was going to try and fix it but seems like there isn't any problem.

For some reason that is the profile picture of the artist in question instead of error message. :D
check it out yourself:

The artist name is wrong – or at least that's what's suggested by Last.fm.
