Hello! I use Koel and I love it, however when doing an update, I did not follow the directions and did no deactivate my key, and now I am getting the following Internal Server Error:

I assume it's because the license was not properly deactivated. I followed your troubleshooting to deactivate in PuTTY via command, but instead of getting "success", I get:

I know I messed up- Would you be able to assist me in confirming that that is the issue, and if so deactivating the license for me? Thank you so much.
