I have read and followed the Troubleshooting guide

Reproduction steps

Upload multiple songs from an album.
The upload fails and retry and all items get uploaded.
All music disappears and now there is only the song or songs I just uploaded.
Scan and most music is just missing.
All music is gone in the playlist.

Expected behavior

My songs still all there.

Actual behavior

Song deleted and playlists empty

Logs

Nothing in the logs

7.13.0 Plus Edition

How did you install Koel?

Pre-compiled tar/zip archive

Additional information

Server OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
PHP version: 8.4.11
Database: MariaDB 10.11.13
Node version:
Browser & device: Vivaldi 7.5.3735.64 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

What was the output of the scan? For example, mine is something like this:

$ php artisan koel:scan

   INFO  Scanning /dummy/folder/koel/media.

 1266/1266 [============================] 100%

   INFO  Scanning completed!

  ⇂ 0 new or updated song(s)
  ⇂ 1266 unchanged song(s)
  ⇂ 0 invalid file(s)
