Description

I am a music hoarder, as I presume many here are, and I own and listen primarily to pretty old tunes. One of the only challenges I've had in making a complete switch to Koel - because it is otherwise just amazing 👍- is the inability to view the release year on my albums/songs or sort them by release year / date. Being able to see and use the release date information would greatly propel the utility of this app.

I searched for any reference to this being asked for or worked on anywhere to no results so I apologize if this is a duplicate.

Additional information

This feature is invaluable when navigating large collections. Very many musical artists have careers spanning decades. But since finding exactly what you're looking for within your library faster is as utilitarian an improvement as it gets, I can only imagine this would benefit most users.
