i follow the instructions to install (dual boot with windows + ubuntu 14. tls)
after the boot i have ubuntu not kali.
can tell why ?

Katoolin is only designed to install the tools you get with Kali, not the actual operating system tweaks. After installing according to he instructions open up a terminal and type katoolin and the user interface should walk you through the rest.
