how can I run the app installed with katoolin? (What command do I have to use to run an app installed with this tool)??

IIUC, there is no katoolin "app" that you can run. The tools that katoolin installs are the ones of Kali Linux, a Linux distro curated by Offensive Security. There are cheat sheets out there in the Web (example) that list you all the tools.
