I installed Katoolin on my Ubuntu laptop, along with almost all of the Kali tools. A couple of days later I uninstalled Katoolin and my WiFi has been disabled. Could someone please help, because sudo apt-get update does not work.

Did you try resetting all configurations using dconf and restating Network Manager.
