This is because Miranda and other packages do not exist anymore in the kali repositories.
Unfortunately katoolins package list hasn't been updated for 9 months.

If you want to download up-to-date packages you can check out my fork whose package list
was updated 2 days ago:
https://github.com/s-h-3-l-l/katoolin3
