Describe the feature you'd like

It would be nice if there was a have false conditions. for example, "IF all of the following are FALSE" or "bookmark does NOT have the following tag".

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

More advanced rules and a method to check if a condition is false. I would like to be able to make rules that trigger if a bookmark has one tag but doesn't have another one.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
