Describe the Bug

I created a rule to archive items with a specific tag, but the rule does not appear to work. I've tried adding the tag when the link is first hoarded from the chrome extension, as well as manually adding the tag to an existing saved link. Neither triggers the rule to archive the item.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create rule
  2. Save link with chrome extension or manually add tag
  3. Check if item is archived

Expected Behaviour

Item is not archived

Screenshots or Additional Context

Rule
Image

Item with "work" tag but wasn't archived

Device Details

Chrome on Windows 11

Exact Karakeep Version

v0.25.0

Hey!

Funny ... yesterday I tested the same and it works without problems.

My Rule:

Just tested again by

  • adding the tag per edit Bookmark and it diaseperars.
  • After removing the tag, I have to un-archive it and the Bookmark appears again.

Just as expected.

Best Michael

@stanrc85 Can you share the container logs that gets logged when you attach a tag to the bookmark?

I don't see any container logs generated when I add or remove a tag. Is there a debug option I should enable or something?

I saw there was over 90 queued "webhook jobs" so I brought the containers down and then back up, the queue cleared up and now its working as expected.

Seems like you had stuck workers and restarting helped. Closing the issue for now.
