After github.com/karakeep-app/karakeep@1bae66f778, the import logic now supports maintaining the folder structure during import. We need to change karakeep's export to now also export the list of lists, and also for every bookmark, which lists it is part of.

@Ahmed-Abdel-karim This feature might end up changing quite a bit as I'm now considering a support for a more exhaustive export format for karakeep. So it might not be the best issue to pick up now. I'll remove the good first issue tag from it.
