Describe the feature you'd like

It would be very helpful to be able to disable individual RSS subscriptions. Adding a toggle to the current UI (left of the Edit button) would allow this:

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

Greater control over subscriptions management.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

Additional context

Happy to support with testing etc.
