Describe the feature you'd like

Hoarder should have an option to monitor a webpage.. So periodically checks for changes and updates.

How it works?
When adding a page, the extension should have a check box on the Browser extension

What happens when there is an update?
Upon finding updates, these should be flagged..

Giving a notification in the browser extension
An additional option in the left-handside mentu "Updated"

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

It would help people stay on top of content, it could also potential replace usage of other tools, such as changedetection.io

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

@projx Thanks for the feature request, however, I don't think this fits well what hoarder is meant to do and other tools as you mentioned are better fit to do this job. So closing this issue for now.
