Describe the Bug

the highlighting feature still prevents copy/paste. I am using v. 0.22.0 and it seems like the fix is not working or is not implemented.

Steps to Reproduce

Mark a word or sentence and try to copy / paste it.

Ah, seems like the fix only worked on chrome, but not on safari. Thanks for the report. Will look into it.

Hi @MohamedBassem, thank you for the great app! I've tested this on Firefox 137.0, and I'm seeing similar behavior in that browser too. Also, it isn't possible to triple click the text in Chrome to quickly select a whole paragraph, though that's a less important feature.

The highlight pop-up is really cool... what about adding a copy icon/function to it, one that triggers a javascript copy-to-clipboard?

So the icons appearing would be copy (e.g. two overlapping squares), yellow highlight, pink hl, green hl, blue hl, trashcan.
