Describe the Bug

Attempted to add an RSS feed from Pinboard to Hoarder on macOS, but tapping the “Add” button does not trigger any visible action or add the feed. This behavior occurs consistently across multiple browsers, including Safari 18.2 and Chrome on macOS Sequoia 15.2, using the latest available versions.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Pinboard RSS feed URL (e.g., https://feeds.pinboard.in/rss/secret:REDACTED/u:REDACTED/).
2. Copy the RSS feed URL.
3. Open Hoarder on macOS 15.2 (in safari 18.2 and latest chrome)
4. Paste the copied RSS feed URL into the experimental RSS feature in Hoarder.
5. Tap the “Add” button to add the RSS feed.
6. Observe that the button does basically nothing and the feed is not added successfully.

Expected Behaviour

•	Upon tapping the “Add” button, Hoarder should validate the RSS feed URL, display a confirmation message or notification indicating the feed has been added, and begin fetching content from the provided RSS feed URL.
•	The feed should appear in the list of added feeds, and new items should be visible after syncing.
