Describe the feature you'd like

It would be useful to be able to register a callback URL that is notified every time a new bookmark
has completed processing.
I'd use this to try to test out making hoarder feeds to distribute social media, RSS etc.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

This would make it easy to make add ons for feeds.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

It could be done today, but inefficiently, as we don't have 'get bookmarks since...' queries and it would create latency due to polling.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

I think this is a duplicate of #384. I personally might now have enough time to work on it, but I'd be open to accepting PRs for it.
