Describe the feature you'd like

When creating a post, can choose whether the post is public or private. If it's public then it's able to share it via a shortened URL.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

In your own article, you can share some posts that are not security considerations with others, while keeping the privacy of private posts.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

I don't know if your request concern unique bookmarks, but I would add that defining a list as "public" would also be useful.

Sharing the website URL of the Hoarder instance could, if there's any public bookmarks/lists, allow unsigned user to see them.

EDIT: it seems this feature is in progress (#37, #126)
