I recently updated Hoarder and all my data is not syncing with the app, it appears as a freshly installed app. Is there a way to get the data to sync back up?

Also, is there a way I can reset a lost password?

You mention recovering your lost password. Does that mean you do not have it currently and created a new user? That would explain why you are not seeing your data anymore.
Recovering a password is not really possible at the moment, but it was already described before on how to reset it directly in the database: https://github.com/hoarder-app/hoarder/issues/314

Thanks, so how do I initially connect to the database? I'm using QNAP container station which might complicate things

the database is in your data folder. make sure it is mounted to the worker and web container
