Describe the feature you'd like

The meilisearch in the prososed docker-compose ist quite outdated (v. 1.13 as there is v1.36.0 ). There have been fixes marked with security too (however I do not know if karakeep is affected by these)

Is there any reason that keeps karakeep from using the up to date release?

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

up-to-date dependencies/services

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
