Describe the feature you'd like

With the new collaborative lists feature I’d like one the ability to set lists so that all users on the platform can collaborate on them without invitation.

This could probably be limited so that only admins could create lists like this.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

It would make sense in an organization where there might be a large amount of users authenticated via OAUTH.

Maybe even a setting to make lists automatically collaborative or shared depending on user groups from OAUTH.

It would give less work for people needing to invite people to edit lists.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

Yeah, I can see the value for this for orgs indeed. But it's quite a big change, so I'll keep it in the icebox for now until there's enough demand for it.
