Describe the Bug

As title says, after updating to 0.31, it shows v1.35.1.
It seems to be the MeilSearch version

Running in LXC in Proxmox 9.1.5

Steps to Reproduce

Update to 0.31, load the website and look at the bottom left.

Expected Behaviour

Version should show 0.31 and link show point to correct release

lol 😅 The version is not baked into karakeep itself but is passed to karakeep in an env variable. It seems that proxmox's upgrade script missed up the version extraction somehow.

Ahh, okay.. found the env file, and I just change it back to correct version.
