Describe the Bug

On the Tags page, sorting by name doesn't work as expected. Tags containing capital letters sort before tags with lowercase letters. For example, "Zebra" sorts before "animal".

Steps to Reproduce

Create tags using both upper and lowercase letters
Choose sort by name

Expected Behaviour

Tags should sort alphabetically, regardless of case

Screenshots or Additional Context

Yes, one could change all tags to only use lowercase, but even the AI tagging seems to prefer upper case for proper names and places even when tag style is set to "Lowercase with hyphens"
