Describe the Bug

When sharing a link to get saved to the Android mobile app, the link sometimes does not get saved: instead, the app opens on the main menu and the link needs to be forwarded to the mobile app again for it to be saved correctly.

It seems to happen when the app has been closed for some time (1+ hours) and is in some kind of idle state. I tried disabling battery optimization but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Wait for the Karakeep app to be in an idle state (not opened for 1+ hours?)
  2. Try to forward links to the Karakeep app via the Android share menu
  3. App will open on the main menu and the link won't get saved; forwarding needs to be done again for the link to be saved

Expected Behaviour

Should save the link and show the "Hoarded!" message instead of simply showing the home page

Screenshots or Additional Context
