Describe the Bug

Hi Karakeep devs,

I've noticed that after I've updated the docker on December 16 the cpu usage of Karakeep web is noticeably higher than before, it went from 0.04% to 0.24% in my installation. Now it's the container with the highest cpu usage.
On December 16 the version was 0.29.3 and this didn't change with the 0.30.0 release.
The graphs from Bezsel shows this clearly:

December 16 before the upgrade:

December 16 after the upgrade:

Today 0.30.0:

This is what "top" says inside the container:

I'm experiencing also the constant ram leaking mentioned in another issue:

After a while:

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade the container to 0.29.3 or 0.30.0

Expected Behaviour

The cpu should stay low when the web ui is not in use, as before.

Screenshots or Additional Context

No response

Device Details

No response

Exact Karakeep Version

0.30.0

I think I have the same issue. Karakeep web has high CPU usage. It also seems to go from 1.5% to 5+% every 15-20 seconds while idle.
