Describe the feature you'd like

I miss the option to explicitly download a video for a specific YouTube bookmark. Currently, video downloads can only be activated globally via CRAWLER_VIDEO_DOWNLOAD. It would be great to have a "Preserve Video" drop down option, similar to "Offline Archive → Preserve Offline Archive".

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

Prevents unwanted downloads of short/unimportant videos
Matches existing selective offline archiving workflow
Respects storage limits for casual bookmarking

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
