Describe the feature you'd like

Currently you only have one global Refresh button for an entry, this will redo the entire thing, crawling, tagging, etc. It would be nice to be able to only refresh certain elements, such as AI tags, without refreshing the banner or metadata or any other element.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

Having the ability to pick what you want to refresh gives the user more control. As the global Refresh is ambiguous and is often not what is needed.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

No, I don't think so. It's possible that I'm blind and missed it.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
