Describe the feature you'd like

Why not have an AI tab in the settings where you can configure your API and models?

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

This will make it much easier for people and will allow you to change settings on the fly instead of having to manually dig through files.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
