Describe the feature you'd like

I'm new. I didn't have the AI description enabled in the env initially. So I went to admin menu and had it Regen descriptions for all items. But I must have clicked twice because I got double the processes. Of course it's now on a multi day journey, twice as long as needed.

I hunted all over for a means to cancel the queued processes. Maybe I missed it? Otherwise, can a cancel process function be added, maybe allow you to choose what types of jobs to drop?

The other thing on this issue is I don't think it should re queue items already in the queue at all, this is closer to a bug than an FR.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

Avoids unneeded duplicate or erroneous processing. Saves on AI cost.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
