Describe the Bug

I read https://github.com/karakeep-app/karakeep/issues/296 and it seems to be on purpose but then I don't get the point of showing the textbox, especially because I can write something there, save it, and then when I open the edit section again it disappears.

Steps to Reproduce

add an image as a bookmark
click the 3 dots, then edit
see the empty extracted content textbox
confirm ocr worked by trying semantic search

Expected Behaviour

Either no textbox if it's the intended behavior or seeing the result of the ocr and maybe the possibility to edit it

That's actually a bug, my intention to show OCR text there :) Will fix it.
